Privacy policy

1. The data we collect

What you write: full name, mobile number, email and nationality.
Your location: your phone sends its position once, when you register, to confirm you are inside the exhibition. We do not store the position itself, only your approximate distance from the exhibition in metres.
Recorded automatically: the time of registration, your internet address (IP) and the type of browser.

2. Why we use it

To enter you in the draw and verify your mobile number.
To contact the winner and match their details to their ID when the prize is collected.
To prevent duplicate or fake entries and keep the draw fair.

3. Who we share it with

The eCopon system that holds the draw (name, mobile, email).
Burhan, the competition's sponsor, to contact the winner and deliver the prize.
The text-message provider (Infinito), only to send the verification code to your mobile.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

We keep the data for up to three months after the competition ends and the prize is delivered, then delete it, except what must be kept by law.

5. Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to see, correct or delete your data through support@e-copon.com. Deleting your data before the draw withdraws your entry.
